Migrating from Spreadsheets or QuickBooks to Odoo Print

Most customers come to us from spreadsheets, QuickBooks, or a mix of both. Moving your existing data over is included with every plan — there's no extra migration fee.

What we typically bring over

Customer and contact lists, your product or service catalog, and your invoice history usually move across cleanly as structured records. If you're coming from QuickBooks, your chart of accounts and outstanding invoices are the most common items we import.

What doesn't move 1:1

Custom QuickBooks workflows, heavily formula-driven spreadsheets, and one-off automations don't transfer directly — there's nothing to "import" since they're not structured data. Instead, we help you rebuild that logic using the platform's native Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, and CRM apps, which usually end up handling the same job with less manual upkeep.

How it works

  1. Export your data — a CSV from QuickBooks, or your working spreadsheet.
  2. Send it to us through a support ticket once your account is set up.
  3. We import it and walk through the result with you.
  4. You review and confirm everything looks right before you start using it day to day.

This is handled as part of getting you set up — you don't need to schedule it separately or pay anything extra.
