Once your order is placed, your instance is provisioned automatically — there's nothing manual you need to wait on before you can get started.

Your first login

You'll receive a welcome email with your login URL and initial access details. From there you're straight into your Odoo instance.

What's pre-installed

Your instance comes with the core business apps ready to configure — Sales, Inventory, Invoicing, and CRM — so you're not starting from a blank install.

Storage from day one

Your plan includes 1GB of storage to start, and you can see exactly how much you're using from your dashboard's storage panel at any time. See How storage pricing works for details on upgrading if you need more.

Moving your existing data

If you're coming from spreadsheets or QuickBooks, migration help is included at no extra cost — see Migrating from Spreadsheets or QuickBooks to Odoo.

Getting help

If anything comes up while you're getting set up, open a support ticket and we'll walk you through it. There's no separate setup fee — onboarding support is part of your plan.
