Every plan includes automated backups and basic security hardening — you don't need to configure anything yourself to get this baseline protection.
Backups
Your instance is backed up automatically on a regular schedule as part of your plan. If you ever need to restore from a backup — after a bad import, an accidental deletion, or anything else — open a support ticket and our team will handle the restore with you.
Security
Every plan includes a free SSL certificate, so your instance is served over HTTPS by default. We also apply standard security hardening at the server level so you're not exposed by default configuration.
What "managed" means here
You don't need to patch, update, or maintain the underlying server yourself — that's handled on our end. Your job is running your business in Odoo; the infrastructure underneath it is ours to look after.
Requesting a restore
If something goes wrong and you need to roll back, submit a support ticket describing what happened and roughly when. We'll work with you to find the right backup point and restore it.
