Your plan starts with 1GB of storage, and you can check exactly how much you're using at any time from your client area dashboard.
Where to find it
Log in to your client area and open your Business Software service. The storage panel shows a usage bar like 0.2 GB / 1.0 GB used, updated automatically as your database and files grow.
What counts toward your usage
Your database (records, attachments, uploaded documents and images) and any files stored within your Business Software environment count toward your storage total.
Signs you should upgrade
If you're consistently sitting above 80% of your limit, or you've added a lot of attachments, documents, or new records recently, it's worth adding storage before you hit the ceiling.
How upgrading works
You can add storage anytime directly from your dashboard at $3/GB per month. Upgrades apply instantly — but they're one-way, so storage can't be removed once added. See How storage pricing works for the full breakdown and a worked example.
