Using Odoo to Run Your Online Store

Odoo gives you everything you need to sell online — a storefront, inventory, payments, shipping, and accounting — all connected in one system. There is no need to stitch together separate platforms.

What Online Store Owners Use Odoo For

  • eCommerce Storefront — Build and manage your product catalogue, set up categories, upload images, and publish your store without a separate website platform.
  • Order Management — Every online order flows automatically into inventory, invoicing, and delivery — no manual order entry required.
  • Payment Processing — Accept credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods directly through your Odoo storefront.
  • Shipping Integration — Configure carriers, calculate shipping rates at checkout, and generate shipping labels from within Odoo.
  • Inventory Sync — Stock levels update in real time as orders come in. Sell across multiple channels without overselling.
  • Customer Accounts — Let customers track their orders, reorder, and manage their details through a self-service portal.
  • Email Marketing — Run promotions, abandoned cart campaigns, and newsletters directly from Odoo without a third-party tool.
