Checking Your Current Storage Usage
You can see how much storage your Odoo instance is using at any time from your hosting control panel. Log in and look for the Storage card on your service dashboard. It shows you how much storage you have used and how much remains available.
When to Upgrade
As a general guideline, we recommend adding more storage when you reach around 80% of your current allocation. At that point, you will likely see a prompt on your dashboard reminding you to upgrade before your instance runs out of space.
Running out of storage can prevent new files, documents, and records from being saved in Odoo, so it is a good idea to upgrade before you hit the limit.
How to Upgrade Your Storage
- Log in to your hosting control panel at host.webdiscode.com.
- Navigate to your Odoo service and click on the Storage card.
- Select the amount of additional storage you would like to add.
- Review the cost and confirm the upgrade — payment is taken from your account credit balance.
What Happens After You Upgrade
Storage upgrades take effect immediately. Your Odoo instance will keep running without any interruption or downtime — there is no need to restart anything or wait for a maintenance window.
You can view a history of your previous storage upgrades from the same Storage card in your control panel.
